Mahindra Two Wheelers — complaint regarding worst repair and service network in coimbatore

Hello,
I am writing this email after facing a week full of pathetic experience with mahindra flyte scooter finding a service station in a big city coimbatore, tamilnadu.

Suggestion and questions:
1. Improve customer service before selling bikes or stop selling bikes as it is hard for a common man to run behind your worst service stations.

2. Scooter resale vale is just 4000 rupees in 7 yrs. We bought it for around 50000 rupees. We trusted mahindra brand but we are in loss. For my tvs scooty the resale value is still 16000 after 7yrs.

3. Remove autovia, coimbatore from your service station list. They dont know even how to repair mahindra bikes. Before two years i got good service from another mahindra service centre here, but they disappeared.

4. Provide me a good service station or a mechanic name with good experience nearby coimbatore to service to solve engine problem. Till now we have spent nearly 35000 towards service alone!!!

5. Tell me if you will get back this scooter for scrap cost atleast if you cant repair it here.in this case, i am really worried that my father's last prideful bike is going to be scrapped because of your worst service network in coimbatore.

Background:
6 months back we gave the bike to autovia service centre in coimbatore, tamilnadu. Even after paying 2500rs the scooter was not serviced properly.
They created engine problems and i am searching spare parts from a good service station 500kms away from here.
