Mahindra Two Wheelers — gusto 110 | |||
I took my scooter for repair and servicing on 16.03.2019, after it met with an accident. It has been more than a month by now (Today being 21.04.2019) but the repairs are still to be complete. Every time i call the service center (Amon motors, kolkata) they give some lame excuses and ask me to enquire about the status of the repair "next week" and give me false assurance that by next week it will be complete. Initially for the first 1-2 weeks, the person i spoke to kept giving excuses that he is "out of station", when this seemed too old and too guessable, he switched to "parts unavailability". Now every time i call him he says "parts have to arranged from somewhere else", "body kit is not available with us, we have to arrange it from somewhere else", etc. He even advised me to install a different color body kit, because by some strange reasons, he couldn't arrange my scooters original body colored kit. I've all the call recordings for the above conversations. Also when i called their customer care, the executive tells me to wait patiently. She repeats 'if the dealer has asked for some more time, you must wait". On pressing further she says"if you still have problems, contact the dealer, they will only be able to help you". This is highly unexpected from a brand like mahindra two wheeler's and this day i swear that neither will i ever buy a mahindra vehicle again nor will i advice anyone i know to do so. +5 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
