[Resolved] Mahindra Two Wheelers — Mahindra two wheeler centuro bike problems | |||||
I am M.Shiva kumar from Patancheru, i purchased mahindra centuro bike on 11th-October-2014, still now 8 services completed same issues are in bike before and after servicing. 1) Oil leakage ( Chain oil leakage heavy) 2) Low mileage ( Company mileage 85 km but bike giving mileage 50-55 km ) 3) No pick up 4) Running engine suddenly stopped at traffic at first gear also 5) Heavy sound of engine and Chain 6) Back Tyre damaged at on sides only at 13000 km with in 8 months i changed new Tyre. my bike tyres is MRF they are telling it's not tyres problem it's bike manufacturing problem. 7) Wheel alignment is not proper and back wheel not balancing properly. service center are not doing wheel alignment they are sent out side they are charged Rs 500/- in warranty period. 8) I purchased bike at biramguda mahindra show room and also servicing giving to same authorized service center they are not solving the problems.Service person are not experts and bad service centers services. 9) Bike servicing not done properly same issues are suffering. 10) Heavy Bike Vibrations. 11) Shakeup gears is not good heavy back pain is coming on driving. 12) Service center are not fight the all parts at service time. but taking keep bike at full day at Service center. I purchased one Mahindra stallio bike from Mehta motors
Bike registration no:MP09 ND 8676 Geeta Bhavan Indore on 28/10/10
After one month I started facing problem in this bike I went to
service center
They told me to kept bike in service centre for two three days after
two three days .I taken bike then again after 15 days I started facing
problem there are so many problem in this bike in description details
of problem giving below :-
1. First time its speed meter stop working they changed
2. secondly Gear not worked properly they repaired but I didn’t satisfied
3. AS.company commitment its Average very poor around 40 km/l
4. Petrol tank leakage then petrol tank changed
5. Silencer problem
6. Again speed meter stopped working
7. Gear problem again startaed
8. Two times they kept bike in service center for modification its
more than for one month
So its conclusion comes that within Seven month my bike lyied in your
service center for more than Three month as per todays 30/07/11 it is
still lying in your service center for repairing .I invest such a big
amount for my comfort not to build problem for myself but from the day
one I facing problem .Now the situation is that I am unable to handle
my tempor
So I requesting you tha please refund my Amount because I am not in
condition to take that bike or replace it with another modified model
So please do the needs as soon as possible
