Mahindra Two Wheelers — motorcycle not started in the morning time

I have taken mahindra centuro bike 4years back. Its giving lot of problem in many issues,
1.) mainly its not starting in every morning, it will take more than 20minutses to kick start.
2.) most of the service centres closed. If we go for out side service station, they will scold me that why you have taken this stupid bike?. There was no spares available in the bangalore city also.
