Mahindra Two Wheelers — Non submission of detail bill showing the cost of spares before payment | |
I had given my Mahindra Centura bike for service on 26 February 2021 to MSquare, Kochi, kerala. Took delivery on 01 March. Neither was a written estimate given to me nor it was explained to me regarding the cost of spares before payment which amounted Rs. 2791/- .On asking the detail bill, their reply was once payment is made, then only computerized bill will be generated.
