Mahindra Two Wheelers — regarding duplicate invoice | |||
I had spoken to the customer care [protected] informed them that I got my bike from Andhra Pradesh and moved to Karnataka. For Road tax sake i need a duplicate invoice to submit in Karnataka RTO. They informed me that Koramangala they have a dealer named "Pratap Archade", 80th Ft Road, Koramangala. Contact Person: Selva. He informed me that its not possible from his end. So I asked him in written and he was very rude on that part. It made me such an impression Mahindra employees just wanted to depend on Word of Mouth and play safe when we ask for written.
