Mahindra/tractor — battery related issue

You are informed that the mahindra tractor dealer in bhiwani is not able to offer the service in any way. Our tractor battery is bad for the past 15 days, which we are revolving around the delear to change.
We complained to your area manager mr. Sunil kumar ([protected]) who used to speak abusive language with us. (Who said that it is okay to complain anywhere, we can not have anything. We are not your servents.)
Please solve us as soon as possible or we will have to go to court.
Also expect appropriate action against mr. Sunil kumar.
