Mail Today Newspaper — Not receving news paper mail today

I am regular customer since 2008 but from last month I did not get the paper. After enquiry from supplier he told that paper reaches with them after 9 am and it is not possible to distribute after 9 am. Please look in to the matter at the earliest.
