— incomplete transcript and worst customer care service

This organisation is a BIG FRAUD TEAM. I submitted my transcript request through this organisation but, they sent incomplete documents to WES. I have been calling them for past 3 weeks now but they don't have any answer and keep asking me to drop email to their support team.
Sharon is the lady at front desk who has no answer and routes us to Support team.I asked her if I can speak directly to their support team but no they don't support telephonic conversation.
Whenever we have emailed the support team, they have just one answer -We don't know and we are not gonna help in anyway.
I have also tried reaching out to their CEO via LinkedIn, their group via Twitter but they don't acknowledge, nor they do they want to do anything.
