Mak Enterprises — demand for money

A guy named Akshay Mistry is threatening me that he is gonna file a case against me !!what should I do ? Do I give him money?? He is threatening to file case sending me mail threats regarding money demands urgently till 5 o clock

They also are harassing me saying that they will file a criminal case under section 420 of ipc.somebody with knowledge of law please do something.they are like terrorists living in our own country and looting money of innocent and hard-working.

Hello everyone, my name is Aravind. I too faced the same problem.Never worry.
Just understand these:
(1) The agreement mentioned by MAK enterprises is fake.Same serial number stamp paper cannot be issued to multiple names.Check the agreements above if any doubt.
(2)The threatening will not continue for days.Just ignore them.They will eventually ignore you too...
(3)They have not mentioned the company number, legal ID etc.therefore this service of theirs is completely not legal.

And at last, just take it casual...Do not send them money !!!...Real data entry jobs never ask for any money...Just forget them and carry on with your work.
Ignore them for the first 3 three days after their threat..then you will get the confidence...after that leave them for good.

I am in the same situation by the same fraud company. Can anyone help me out here? There are continuously calling me and threatening me. I even paid them 15, 950. They are not closing the same and asking for a lakh amount. What should I do to close this matter?

They keep calling me. I'm fed up though I'm not picking up their call but still I'm scared of the court thing. Please help me. Innever knew I would be stuck like this. I just hope this is fake n they forget n they stop contacting me. I get calls from truecaller names lawyer, Do District n all. They said they'll get my case to Maharashtra court then to supreme court. Please help me I'm really scared. I just want them to stop calling me.
