Make My Gateway — Fraud

Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Cheating by Make My Gateway On 07/10/14 I got a phone call from the number [protected] and was told that I was one of the 10 lucky persons for being selected for an offer from Make my gateway and was told that if I order a package for Rs.7999/-, I would get a Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet as gift. Keeping in view the reputation of your company, in good faith, I ordered a package for Rs.7999/-. (Transaction ID 2142/[protected]. On 08/10/14, I also received a confirmation call the following day and I confirmed my order. When I enquired about the gift, I was told that it would be sent in a day or two. When I called the number [protected] on 11/10/14, I got a service reply saying that that the number is out of service. I sensed that I was taken for a ride. I was most disappointed to know that an ISO certified company could stoop to such low level of luring prospective customers by promising false offers. I tried to contact the Customer Care but the phone was dead and the emails I sent went unresponded. I would be very much obliged if you could kindly help me to cancel the order and arrange to refund the amount paid (Rs.7999/-). Thanks.
