[Resolved] Make My Trip — amount debited but ticket not issued

Good morning, yesterday 17/03/2019 at 6.57 am. I made a flight booking for hyderabad to new delhi for 26th april early morning for 4 people on make my trip. The payment went through icici/ google pay all successful (Copies enclosed) but i did not receive the tickets and neither have i received the refund. Amount deducted rs.11328/- but my bank account, icici and google pay are showing amount succesfully transferred to make my trip. Kindly confirm status.
