[Resolved] Make My Trip — Amount deducted from account but no ticket received

I booked an online ticket using MakeMyTrip site on 18th February, 2021. After the entire transaction, before redirecting to the company site it showed transaction failed. But the amount got deducted from my account. I have no booking ID or ticket on the basis of what I can complain on the company site. The company has automated system and asks for booking ID which I did not receive since I did not get any ticket. The automated system is very poor and there is no human interaction via mail or call. Ticket booked from New Delhi (15:55) to Goa (18:50) through SBI Net Banking. Total Amount of 5667 Rs. deducted from my account. Please look into the matter and refund the amount. Feb 20, 2021 Updated by Nishtha Attri Please note that the complaint is not about the Amritsar to Delhi ticket booked on the same day for which I have the ticket and ID. Its about the Delhi to Goa ticket booked for which transaction cancelled and I have no ticket, no booking ID no sort of information available at the site.
