[Resolved] Make My Trip — harassment on the return flight in abroad, stuck at our own expenses | |||||
We went to bali booked through make my trip office at salt lake (Kolkata). While returning we came to know that the flight was cancelled a long time ago, but we didn't receive any communication from make my trip, we inquired air asia, but they said they tried several time to contact make my trip but failed. It was a total harassment as we were stuck in abroad. We tried to contact the location manager of make my trip (Salt lake kolkata) but he switched off his cellphone just after i descried and asked for help. We tried to contact the landline there and then he told us to keep the bills. It was a total harassment for me and my wife, hence we had to stay one more night and return on our expense. After returning to kolkata, make my trip has continuously ignoring us and did not return our claims yet. Please never book through make my trip (Especially from the salt lake office) and go for other vendors which are looking for their customer satisfaction and trust (At least helping the customers at the time of trouble) Was this information helpful? | |||||

Thank you for looking into our case. We did not provide any email id or phone number while booking. We went to the office and booked it there, they gave us printouts and vouchers. I gave them my email id after few days where they shared the soft copies of the tickets and vouchers. If you want I can forward the email to you.
