I have booked a holiday package with make my trip with booking ID NL[protected] in the name o[censored]mesh Chandra Yadav .At the time of booking they have never mentioned that the booking amount is non refundable. They have cancelled my ticket on 22nd february .They called on 22nd and that time they told me that if i will not pay the rest of the amount today will cancel the booking and they will not refund the booking amount of Rs 12000. Before booking they never mentioned that the booking is non refundable, today when i received mail in that mail they have mentioned that now they are not going to give me any refund. This is ridiculous how can they do that, this is total fraud that if any person is failed to pay the amount on their due date they will have all his mobey which they have given .
