[Resolved] Make My Trip — Refund not get | |||
Dear MMT All, This is in reference to the below booking made by me on 02th Jan 2017 where I have booked only air tickets through makemytrip. Due to some personal issues we could not fly and had to cancel the tickets. I was informed by the makemytrip team that I will get refund on my credit card in 12 working days on the date of my cancellation. I cancelled my tickets on 02 Jan 2017 and my date of flying was on 02 Jan 2017. Its been 18 days today chasing the team of makemytrip for my refund of Rs 14, 779 and I have not received any call or any mail from the team members. My Cancellation number is IN1701R0S2862382 .Please do the needful and advise me the refund status ASAP.
