[Resolved] Make My Trip — REFUND PENDING | |||
Dear All, This is in reference to the below booking made by me on 13th Jan where I have booked only air tickets through makemytrip. Due to some personal issues we could not fly and had to cancel the tickets. I was pre informed by the makemytrip team that I will be getting full refund in 4-5 working days on the date of my cancellation. I cancelled my tickets on 28th Jan and my date of flying was on 16th Feb. Its been 2 months today chasing the team of makemytrip for my refund of Rs 45, 234 and I have not received any call or any mail from the team members. I have called many times to know my refund status but I was only told that my refund is in process and that I will receive my refund by next day.
