Makemyhobby.com — Payment was done but order was not placed

2. Anubias nana with pot (1) - 299.52/ rupees
3. Java fern(1) - 223.52/ rupees

+ Shipping, Plants by courier with live arrival guarantee - 239.46/ rupees

TOTAL = 1261.70/ rupees
I did payment from my account to UPI ID [protected]@icic , yesterday

My order was not placed but payment was done.
When I checked my order history it was showing that you haven't placed any previous order.

Kindly try to resolve the problem immediately or refund the amount please.
