Makemyhobby.com — Credit card transaction shows failed in their website but money deducted.

Hi,
I have made an order now. Was bit late to view to these compliants. I ordered 2 items worth 2800 odd. ORDER No-274583. It went through CCavanue and completed the transaction but it showed order denied due to security reasons. But money was debited from card.
I was having doubt and due to my stupidity i tried again with another card and same thing.
That order id is 274587. Again money deducted from card.
Now i am worried after seeing these compliants if i will ever get my refund. I want the transactions reverted.
I have pinged them on their whatsapp. No response. Also their service desk website doesnt seem to be working.

Updated by Udn110 Its been 12 days. Still in processing. If imthe status is not changed in next 10 days i am approaching cyberpolice.
