[Resolved] MakeMyTrip.com — Refund not given | |||
It is proved that Make My Trip is only interested in new customer. I was told that I will get 200 RS cashback if I will make my booking with Koak Card so I did, and at last I was told that I would get Make My Trip vouchers which I would be able to use during my next booking. That is totally ridiculous. Why should I go to Make MyTrip again who has cheated me. Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked 01 no. air ticket as dated on 16th jan. through make my trip for date of journey 18th jan. (Flight no. 6E341 @ Indigo, travel from delhi to bhubaneshwar. The ticket was cancelled from your site through SMS in registered mobile no. during booking the ticket.My PNR no. is LDQ8MH.

My booking no is IN1505B1S242803 and I cancelled this booking on 19th June with online update which says my refund will be given to me on 26th June; On 29th June I escalated and was assured that I'll get my refund on 1st July, On 1st July I was assured to get on 2nd July.
On 2nd July I spoke with Supervisor Neha Jaspal and she again said the same thing that I'll get my refund in another 72 hours; so Its never ending loop and I'm cheated on this one.

No response from customer care team

Initially on Jan'15 refund of Inr 4857/- was processed from our end and later on in Mar'15 balance refund of Inr 675/- ha also been processed from our end. If in case the same is not reflecting in your account, please share your bank statement since date of transaction to till date so that we can validate this with your bank directly.
