I had booked for a 6D/5N trip with MMT for Leh on 10/Jun/23. as per the Iterinary they had booked the flight ticket for Delhi to Leh through GoFirst. now since the flights are cancelled, they asked me to get to Leh on our own. As we know, this being the tourist season and any tickets on last minute will cost a lot, it happened to me. the tickets will cost around 55K for two people up and down. The MMT is saying that they will not refund anything, as this as per the T&C. i feel that this is a pure way of cheating the customers and making money. If go to reschedule, then also i have a big expense around 50K, including rescheduling chgs, fare difference and revised package expenses. We as customer feel that we are helpless, as they have included the 'Force Majeure' clause, which will protect them from all such genuine claims. So next time onwards, i had learnt a lesson. never to trust these online aggregators. Plan on your own and if any issues, we dont have to blame anyone for this.
