[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — about my refund | |
I was booking for hotel, at that time my payment got debited from my account but hotel not booked. While booking after debited my payment the payment failure option showing. I confirm from bank they said the payment successfully credited to beneficiary account, and i have a proof of that payment. I also tried payment gateway that is gpay they also showing of successfully credited amount to make my trip. But make my trip denied to accept the payment is in their account. And refused to refund my money. I tried many times and also shows the proofs but they denied and always suggest to check my bank statements.
