I had stayed in above property on 25 aug. Day i reached i fell in gutter which had loose tiles (Kadappa) close to swimming pool. Manager mr omkar was not present for assistance. I have complained to makemytrip but no one is refunding my money. I have severe ligament tear and bone chipped of the right foot leaving me on 3 week bed rest.

I been trying to contact "make my trip" customer representative for last one week, But there is no response from the other side. I have issue with booking a cab for incity travel (within Chennai). Please sort out the problem as soon as possible. Looking forward for your reply.
