[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — additional amount asked for change in date due to bad weather conditions | |
We had planned a trip to wayanad (Booking id: nh[protected]. But could not complete the trip due to floods there. We checked with mmt help desk and it was mentioned that trip date can be postponed. Now they have asked us to travel within september. Weather conditions are still not good in wayanad. Moreover as 5 families are traveling for this trip, suitable date is 19th oct. But mmt executive says that we will have to pay additional amount of 2500 rupees if we do not travel within september. Already we have paid additional amount as there was a wrong billing done. Refer attached image for details. On top of it we have been asked to pay more money. We are extremely frustrated with this response from mmt and request to help resolve this issue.
