[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — amount deducted but booking not confirmed, bank confirmed that transaction is successful | |||
I was trying to book a hotel, everything went good i paid the money through upi but my booking didn't get confirmed. I called mmt team and as per them they didn't get the money but i have the complete transaction details im which it is clearly visible that transaction was successful. I tried to explain to mmt customer team but they are not ready to listen. It is just a two minute work to check if amount has been received in mmt's account or not. Bank is saying transaction is successful and mmt team is saying we didn't get the money, looks liks my money has some extra capabilities of getting dissolved or invisible.
