[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — Amount deducted but ticket not booked and money not refunded | |
I was booking flight from Goa to New Delhi on 17 November 2018. As I am not a registered user, I simply entered my email and phone for flight booking. The amount of INR 4830 got deducted from my bank but it showed error on make my trip website. The transaction id is:UPI[protected]. There is no representative I can talk to nor any email id where I can complain. Very poor customer service. Still looking for my refund Was this information helpful? | |
