[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — begging for refund of cancelled holiday package for 2 months.
I booked an holiday package cost Rs. 30k. Due to personal reason I cancelled the booking after 2days. On calling the customer care for 1000 times for my refund amount, they are least bother to process the refund. The response I got from the customer care officials are below.
1. There is technical problem on the refund department for a week. (Is your Makemytrip website project t is serviced by a tea shop?????)
2. Your refund claim is not yet processed. I'll raise a claim. (All people are flirts in their office)
3. Your claim amount is 22k and still is in process (No money coz of dubakur money)
4.We can't give you refund for hotels and cabs and final refund is 17k only.(Coz hotels are used in different ways)
5. Your process is assigned to Mr. X and he is working on it. (He is busy with some other XXX)
7. Your claim is processed and will get your refund after 24hrs.
8.Our customer care executive will call you back after 24hrs.
9. Your total refund is Rs. 16740.
10. Our executive will call you back (Not yet called single time. You can see the attachment).
These flirts worthless to service for the customer. Better close and start xxx work.
Users please don't use makemytrip, try to use Paytm - instant refund, Yatra - refund max of 3days.
