[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — booking cancelled without consent | |||
I have booked a room in makemytrip in oyo silverkey executive stays 38029 booking id was nh7p[protected] from 22nd aug 2019 to 23 aug 2019 from 12 pm to 11 am, but when i arrived over there on 22 aug 2019 @1pm the hotel receptionist told me that no rooms were booked in my name, and when i showed the booking details they told me that they dont know anything and i have not received any cancellation msg or mail yet. This is a serious issue that entails the trust on makemytrip and yesterday i was forced to book another room for my stay. Was this information helpful? | |||
