[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — booking room through you

NH[protected], we booked one room through you on 11th night, and presenting the confirmation the hotel denied to give room, as the hotel was full, we wait in the hotel till early morning, no response. They told us the room is been sold to somebody else. and we were forced to stay on the road .
we been complaining through customer service and no response.
what shall we do?
