[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — booking wrongly done by make my trip for year 2017 instead of 2018 | |||||
Booking was done 2 months ago for 15th sep departure ex del to bom & return 20th sep departure ex bom to del. Make my trip wrongly booked this for year 2017 instead of 2018 due to which my ticket stands cancelled as on date. Upon talking to mmt customer service this morning asking to correct and re-schedule for tomorrow departure they apologized for this it error and said the it desk will call in 72 days which means my scheduled date is anyways crossed. Due to this i had to re-book paying extra fare approx. Inr 5200 more. I need an immediate resolution and complete refund of the whole amount by mmt + compensation for the additional amount & agony i had to go through for this blunder done by make my trip.
