We've been cheated by MMT on a bus trip which was cancelled by bus operator through message and call beforehand and hence we took the train to reach the destination.
The bus operator requester to take refund from the service where it is booked, and make my trip hasn't processed any refund and closed the request inappropriately.
Infact the customer service replied after 24 hours.
