[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — cab cancellation but refund not yet processed

Ref no[protected] dt 11/08/2017 complaint booking id nc[protected] car booked on 28/07/2017 from chandigarh to mcleodganj. The car details shared by mmt was different and a different car came to pick us. So we cancelled our trip. Mmt initiated the refund as they claim against the reference no[protected] but the refund was credited to my account. Further, in reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that our concern team has handled your case and post verifying the details with relevant teams and cab vendor, they have processed full refund of Inr 4205/- on 24-Aug-17 with a refund reference number# [protected] towards the original form of payment. The refund should now be reflecting in your account. If in case this is still not reflecting, request you to please check with your bank.
