[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — cancellation of train ticket booked - make my trip ref. nr[protected] and nr[protected] | |
I booked 4 train tickets through makemytrip india. Out of the 4 tickets, i wanted to cancel 2 tickets booked on 11/01/2019 from 12/01/2019 onwards but failed repeatedly. The following is the detail of bookings to be cancelled. 1) make my trip booking reference is nr[protected] and pnr no.[protected] and transaction id: [protected] of irctc. 2) make my trip booking reference is nr[protected] and pnr no.[protected] and transaction id:[protected] of irctc In mobile app. Or internet site while selecting cancel bookings or my trip it is always showing looks like you haven't made any bookings yet! On selection of live chat or customer contact it is always showing someting as "i'm sorry! Looks like something went wrong and i could not help you" Was this information helpful? | |

Second issue hotel person says I cannot have non veg and liquor inside the room which is no where mentioned on make my trip nor on the website of the hotel.
