[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — cancelling/changing flight | |
The website is not customer friendly when you need help to change/cancel flight. I spent hours trying to reach customer service rep. When their system does not recognize your number, you are at complete loss because the automated system will not connect you to anyone and will drop the call. I really want to cancel my tickets but there is no one i can contact. I wish i would have never used this site Was this information helpful? | |

I hv booked bus from sibsagar to guwahati but when reached boarding point bus operator said bus cancelled. Neither prior information received nor booking showing cancelled. While chating with customer care no positive response received.
I lost my important assignment as no alterane conveyance could arranged.
