Makemytrip bus id: nu[protected] Boarding date and time:14 jun 2017 10:00 pm Hyderabad - bangalore Yellow bus services This bus was cancelled and the bus operator upon requesting for alternate arrangements, refused to accomodate, and asked me to contact makemytrip for refund.. Please note this is not acceptable service. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused. In reference to your complaint, while validating your case we have found that, customer’s bus was cancelled on the date of boarding by bur operator and no alternate was provided from their end. As checked, on 21-Jun-17 refund request was raised by the relevant team and on the same day refund has been initiated from our end. The same should now be reflecting in your account depending upon your bank’s processing cycle. If in case refund is still not reflecting, we request you to please connect with your Bank’s ATM CELL and raise a dispute with them. We thank you for contacting us. Assuring you best of our services. Issue date make my trip is fake 26 morning i have booked my tickets but that time my date is give 19 but tickets books is 21 that is the mistake form make may trip side so pls i request you to pls change my date
