I booked a bus through make my trip app .
Journey date - 2nd June 2023
Bhopal - Mumbai
On 29th May, I checked the app to see the details and found a pop up message from the company that my bus has been cancelled by the operator - claim refund. ( Evidence of the message from mmt attached)
I claimed for a refund on 29th June ( evidence attached)
Till date it's still showing refund claim processing on the app.
On 2nd june I get a call from driver that bus is waiting for me at the pickup location and my booking is still active. I informed them about my situation and they told me they haven't received any such thing from make my trip.
Today, upon mailing and calling customer support team I get a response that my claim refund has been declined as bus wasn't cancelled. I have clear evidence for the same. I had to appear for an interview on 3rd June and because o[censored]rgency I had to book a flight for the same. And now these people are saying they can't refund when clearly it's their fault. Please help me with the same as I can't let my hard earned money go to waste.
