[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — complaint against holiday package

I had booked a holiday package for my parents to Himachal Pradesh - 5N 6D from 12th Aug, 2019 - 17th Aug 2019 in Make My Trip and paid INR 64000/-

Package arrangements and coordination was worst and never had such experience any time before with any of the tour package

They had alloted a different hotels than the booked one, in manali we had booked Holiday BnB hotels which is a 3 star hotel but they had alloted Holiday Spa and Resorts which was a low rated and a 2 star hotel and Shimla Woodrina was the worst hotel we never had been. In the Shimla hotel there was no proper safety for the customers windows were broken, bed had bedbugs, toilet splush and water gun was not atall working. Along with all these worst experience there were no other rooms filled apart from us, all the rooms were empty and it was very scary

We explained the MMT team on the issues but there was no proper support from them and they refuse to book us other hotel for the stay. In spite of making numerous calls to MMT, the problem could not be resolved.

I kept calling Make My Trip team for assistant but every time they had the same thing to say. That they have written to the concerned department and it is on priority and the issue will be resolved soon. That someone will call me in but never I got call from MMT team and I was forced to call and keep waiting for the response. They diverted the assistant stating we are not concerned team and on ground team would support but non of the MMT team supported us on the issue

MMT had not shared us the proper coordination details with the emergency contact number for the issues during trip which was again a matter of concern and also challenging to reach the team for ontime assistance

I have payed for the package including 3 star accomodation and MMT has arranged below 2 star/ worst hotels for the accomodation and has refused to serve us our concern and book other hotel for smooth run of the tour.

MMT team is least bother about the customer service and customer satisfaction and they are making money in a worst manner giving false trip package itinerary and MMT is a complete group of scam people
I demand refund for my accomodation and trip as we were not served what was assured of the package itinerary

If my money is not refunded from MMT team I will be raising this complaint in the consumer court for my justice. I have attached all the required photo's for the same
