[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — complaint regarding the check in at radisson hotel, booking done through mmt

Hello,

This mail is regarding the complaint at the time of check in at Radisson Blue Resort Goa, Cavelossim Beach Dt 29.05.2018. My Booking I'd is NH[protected] and the booking is in the name of Mr. Manoj Kapoor but there children's wants to take check IN in the hotel.I approached customer care of Make my Trip, told us they will not do anything as the hotel is not ready to give.

So i request you to Please look into the same and do the needful .

Need explanation and compensation regarding the same as I had incurred a Cost of Rs 4000.

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case and found that, there was a change in name of the hotel booking which was requested by guest on the same day of check-in and same was denied by the hotel as per their policy. Since, last moment changes were not possible, same was denied by hotel and our concern team. We regret to inform you that we would not be able to honor the case case since we have to follow hotel’s policy. We thank you for writing to us.
