I would like to inform u my name is NITHISH KUMAR i booked ticket Abudhabi to Trivandrum 7 may 2020 ..my id no NN[protected] and i cancel the ticket because of pandemic situations corona issue..still i not get my refund amount 17500 Rps . December first week i call ur customer service only lady info me Dec 27 2020 u will get amount..why she tell lie about my refund so iam kindly request u pls refund my money as soon as possible ..My contact number [protected].
