Hi team, I had a bad experience in this hotel i had to leave the hotel within 6hrs because there were no service provided no food no drinking water nothing was available... We were harassed by the hotel staffs. Kindly refund back my money. I had already raised a complaint but no response from makemytrip... Executives are not at all professional in makemytrip. I want to get delete my account from MMT unfortunately there is no option available to delete Or deactivate.
I cannot find any other way out to delete it so
could you please do it from backend.
I do not find any use of the rewards points and do not use MMT on regular basis.
If required I will create new account.
