MakeMyTrip India — deducted double amount for one booking and did not send me e ticket

2 days back i booked a cab.
It went on final pay at 998/-
I felt ok with it but my about was deducted twice from my account.
And i did not receive any e-ticket.
And i'm my trip section it shows i have no booking done yet.

This annoys.
You don't even reply the mails on time. My complain is there as well.
I've to leave on monday n i've no confirmation.
