[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — denial of a booking at hotel and very very late response by customer care | |||
Ticket id: [protected] Jun 29 Product:domestic hotel Category:check-in denied Description:i am standing at the hotel - denied check-in This issue was brought before the customer care through call and also through chat, at around 3 pm but after waiting for around 5 hrs at the hotel when i already booked another hotel, at around 8:30 i was informed about the alternative arrangements and refunds that u are providing. Does refund money only resolves the issue. What for the harrassment and pain that we suffered for long five hours by standing in front of the hotel. Many of our prefixed engagements had to cancel. I think responsible persons should be punished and i should be compensated. Was this information helpful? | |||
