My name is nadeem kuskiwala
I have booked a air ticket of ahemedabad to sydney on 19th july 2017. My mmt booking id-nn[protected]. And after i cancelled it. Your refund policy says that will get refund within 6 days however there is not even single update that i can see. Everyday i send my issue to your customer care service but did not get any satisfied answer and can not connect to your tele-representative. My reference id[protected]. I paid this cost by my debit card.

Further, in reference to your complaint, we have validated your case at our end and found that the booking was cancelled on 6-Jun-17 but due to some technical issue the refund request could not get generated on automation. Later, on 18-Jun-17 refund of Inr 40745/- has been processed from our end post deducting the applicable cancellation charges. The same should now be reflecting in your account.
