I booked flight from Bangalore to Rancho and Ranchi to Bangalore using make my trip. I was supposed to get 1200 cash back in my Citibank account which I didn't get. Attaching the screenshots of tickets booked. I also contacted your customer care for the same. They said I'll get the cash back within 60 days of booking but now it's more than 60days.
