[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — driver was late by one hour and fifteen minutes. | |||
We have booked a cab by make my trip from rishikesh to delhi on 13/04/19 for 14th april 2019 at scheduled 11 am. We have got otp and driver details at 2 hours before and requested him of he can come early and pick up us. But inspite coming early he came one hour and fifteen minutes late. Driver was not able the use the gps and he was very new. We started at 12.15pm and reached at 10pm to dwarka new delhi which was almost five hours late. Make my trip services are pathetic, drivers are not professional. Was this information helpful? | |||
