[Resolved]  MakeMyTrip India — emi service on purchase

I made flight booking under ref:nn[protected] for mumba-delhi-kathmandu-mumbai on 11th sept 2019. I used their emi option for payment but when i receive the card statement, no emi is shown and i am asked to pay full amount as per the card statement.

Taking up the matter with their chat personnel is not effective since he does not appear to know the process.

Updated by ram1946 A mail has been received and it is surprising they ask for details on EMI. This proves that this company has no record of type of Payment and EMI option at site may be bogus to lure customers and fool them. In any merchant site the EMI option is executed automatically within 3 to 5 days as per my experience with Amazon, Reliance Digita, Croma, Flipkart and so on.

Updated by ram1946 This company appears to be in a mess. They could not clarify why EMI is not done and the customer care just informs it will take 15-20 working days (But they will not work) and just passes time. Now I have to convert to EMI with the Bank paying heavy processing fees and Interest @ 16%. This company claimed no processing charges and while booking EMI option Chatged me extra Rs 3320. All money lost in booking a ticket through this company due to fraudulent payment options to earn extra money.
