MakeMyTrip India — flight delayed

Dear sir,
I was travelling to bali from cochin through kualalumpur on 14/12/2016 (Flight details are as given below), but my flight was delayed beyond 14hrs due to this me and my family faces many problem and financial burden (As we reach late and cancelation of hotel booking).
Please treat this matter as urgent and give me proper compensation.
