[Resolved] MakeMyTrip India — flight prepone timing - not informed properly | |||||
Spice jet changed preponed my flight on dec 4, 2018 5.50 am. I was not properly informed on the same. When we reached the boarding point 45m mins before departure, they said, boarding closed. I requested to accomodate in their flight / other options, but asked to book another flight of 2 times the cost. This is really bad on the airline part and i booked thru makemytrip.com. They also dint inform. Filing a complaint for the refund and compensation for the hassle created to me and my family. Was this information helpful? | |||||
