This is in regards to our booking for thaliand in the month of april for which we had booked tickets through makemytrip. Due to corona virus spread & its effects - we would like to cancel this trip as we would not like to take a risk with our 6 years old son. Kindly understand & consider our request as we came to know from the airline that our tickets are non-ref. If we had known the clause of non-ref, we would have not purchased it at all while at the time of booking the fare rules said "airline penalty will apply" which certainly does not mean the tickets are non-ref.

I have been trying to get in touch with your call centre from last few days but the numbers are constantly busy. I then called up the airline directly & have found that they are offering full refund & waivers to the tickets issued on their airline. But the refund procedure has to go through the issuing agent only which is mmt. Therefore, we would request you to kindly process refund for our tickets.

In order to made passengers satisfaction and convenient to travel agent and passenger to request refund we have change the refund procedure.

· first need to cancel the pnr and process for refund (If pnr is not cancelled the passenger will be no-show won’t be able to refund the ticket)

Travel agency or passenger can request refund by themselves, it will be done by refund portal at

https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund

Please process refund via web portal, select refund due to terms and conditions, fill in details with the flight no.

Then fill in an information for each person with attached concern documents require for consideration.

Please find an attached how to process refund by web portal.

Don’t forget to attached the supported documents e. G. Other airline ticket which canceled.

During my holiday package for Andaman and Nicobar they are not provided hotel and cruse gall dinner as committed in written. not proper response fron customer care as well as ground officers.
