Every hotel booking was done through app through normal procedure. Every time while booking a room, 2 guests were automatically selected. So 1, 2, 3 bookings were done and with no issues check in and check out done and i have given feedback for every hotel (4 star).
4th booking in new delhi was done in a similar way but while check in the receptionist informed me that the booking is done for a single person. I called mmt customer care he checked everything and informed me that the booking is done for only one person. I had not changed anything, followed the same procedure for all bookings, how come will i book for a single person on my honeymoon???.
It was really humiliating as the customer care person was convincing us "there will be no problem sir just hold on for some time" and finally said send me the screenshot of your app while you book in mobile. He said i will send you a link in which you must send the screenshot. I'm still waiting for the message.
And finally he said you have to wait for 24 hours to resolve the problem. Sitting in the lobby for nearly an hour talking to the customer care finally the result was i have to wait for another 24 hours. It was really embarassing. Even the receptionist was laughing. Is this the way you treat a regular customer. I have paid for a room, in that there is no fare difference for a person or two. What else do you want???
Finally i have to pay for another person which was very expensive.
We prefer your app as your offers are really good. But at the time of emergency you just pull out.
What is the solution for this???
